Aava
Email [email protected] and a real person will reply, usually within two business days. You can also tap Settings › Feedback in the app, which includes your sign-in email so we can write back.
Aava signs you in with your email address and a one-time code. If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, wait a minute, and request a new one. Sign in with the same email on a new phone to get back to your account and plan. Your cycle and check-ins stay on the old phone.
What you tell Aava, like your cycle and check-ins, is stored only on your phone, not on our servers. It is not included in iPhone backups and cannot be moved to a new phone yet. Deleting the app deletes it. See our Privacy Policy for details, or open Settings › Your data in the app.
Settings › Your data › Download my data gives you a copy of the account information we hold.
You choose whether AI writes your daily guide and answers in Ask your Aava. Turn it on or off anytime in Settings › AI guide and Ask. With it off, you still get Aava’s written guide, and Ask is off.
Set or turn off your reminder in Settings › Daily reminder. If it doesn’t arrive, check that notifications for Aava are allowed in your iPhone’s Settings › Notifications.
Tap Settings › Delete account. This removes the account we hold and erases Aava’s data on that phone. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your Apple subscription, so cancel it first in Settings › Plan › Manage subscription. You can also email [email protected] and we will delete it for you.
Aava offers everyday guidance, not medical advice. For pain, a missed period, or anything that worries you, talk to a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
